1. When you first login to Build with Advantage you will land on the Welcome page for the Admin.

Your Welcome page is customizable and can be tailored to your organizations needs.

2. In some cases your Administrator may make your Welcome page a different section of the Admin, in that case simply click on Domains at the top left of the menu and choose your Domain.

3. The Welcome page can have links to articles on many of the features and functions to help get you using Build with Advantage quickly.

4. Quick Tips also offers links to more articles in the Help Center.

5. If you are looking for something different you can go to the Help Center by clicking on Documentation or ask a question by clicking on the Support link.

6. Build with Advantage supports multiple languages. If your application is setup for multiple languages you can switch between languages here. By clicking EN and choosing from the list.

7. The Task Manager is where you can see tasks that have been assigned to you. If there is a number by this button you have a task or a message waiting.

8. Here you will find your multi-site deployments. You can host multiple sites on Build with Advantage and here you can switch between sites.

9. Clicking Support will open a Support Ticket submission form - you can submit tickets to the Build with Advantage Support Team here. The Support button can be found in the bottom righthand corner of any page in Build with Advantage.

10. Fill in the Subject and include a detailed description of the issue. You can also include attachments.

11. Click the Profile button beside your username to view your profile, access the Help Center and Logout.
