Creating a Task from the Page Manager 1. From a page in the Page Manager you can Use the Create Task feature. You can create and assign a Publish Task, Review Task and Open Task. 2. Set the Task Status You have the option of Open, Review, Publish and Feedback. 3. Set the Assigned Role Use the dropdown menu to view options. These will depend on the Roles that have been set in your instance of Advantage CSP and if you have multiple domains being managed. 4. Set the Task State You have the option of Unassigned, Assigned, In-Progress and Completed. 5. Set the Assigned Person The dropdown menu will contain staff with user accounts. 6. Click on the calendar popup to set a Due Date for the task. 7. Click on the Time view popup. 8. Give a Title to the task 9. Give the task a Description 10. Click on Save & Close An email will be sent to the Assigned Person to notify them 11. Notification on Assigned Person's Dashboard When the Assigned Person logs in they will see the notification number beside the Task Manager in the menu. They can also scroll down in the Dashboard to see the My Open Tasks widget. Creating a Task in a Structured Tool 1. From the Structured Tools Menu open News and then Article 2. Click on Edit 3. The assigned resource has now been changed
