Creating a User with Advantage CSP This section allows a CSP admin to add other admin users and set their user's role-based permissions. 1. Selecting Users from the User Manager in the navigation menu displays the following screen: Click on Add new record or select an existing user. 2. Fill in the fields for User Name, First Name, Last Name, Email, Password. Confirm the Password. For the email; if a single sign-on is active, please use your corporate authenticated email for access using your corporate single sign-on provider. Note that active SSO accounts will use a domain password when authenticating. This is for localized admin authentication and access. 3. Click on Select to add an avatar system image to your profile. 4. Select an image uploaded to the platform's asset manager and file system. Choose your image and edit if desired. Click Select when ready. 5. Choose your colour for tracking changes and inline commenting. 6. Check System Administrator. Then choose your Default Domain if your instance has multiple domains. 7. Click on the Roles Tab. Select from the available roles. 8. Click on Administrator Role Management 9. Click on Save ℹ️ If your instance of Advantage CSP powers multiple websites and apps, you will also see an Administrator Role Management tab. You would be required to select a check box for each site if the user was an Administrator or a Service Account user. Profile Menu Profile Menu When a user hovers over their user name in the bottom left corner they will see a short list of options. My Profile This section contains the user's profile information, and where they can add a photo and reset their password. Forgot Password Forgot Password If you forgot your Advantage CSP password, simply click on the Forgot Password? button at the bottom right of the login. Fill in you username or email address and click the Email Link button and you will be sent a link to reset your password.
