ResolvedNavigation..::..ResponseCode Property

HTTP response code the caller should apply — "404" for inactive, the initial Nav's RedirectResponseCode (or "200" if empty) for a redirect, "200" otherwise. Set from the initial Nav before the chain walk, intentionally not re-evaluated against the destination.
