Does NOT dispose
_currentSQL. Every
CMSEngineBase ctor takes the
SQL connection as a parameter — the engine never creates it, so the engine is not its
owner. Disposing a borrowed resource here would kill the caller's SQL mid-request
(the routing pipeline, the dashboard API, and the site-page engine's nested using
blocks all share a single request-scoped SQL with the calling code). The caller that
allocated the SQL is responsible for disposing it.
